Sherwood Glen is a place of refuge and refreshment for Christians and ministry workers. Hidden in the hinterland of the mid north coast of NSW, the Glen is an ideal location for rest, spiritual retreat or sabbatical.
Location
Sherwood Glen is a 200 acre property located 580km (6.5 hrs drive) north of Sydney and 370km (4.5 hrs drive) south of Brisbane. The Glen features a natural creek, waterfall, lots of wildlife & farm friendly animals.
Accommodation
Sherwood Glen has 5 self contained 2 bedroom cabins with BBQ and fire-pit, caravan and camping sites, a camp kitchen and outdoor dining area.

I found Sherwood Glen to be the perfect location for a retreat. Bordered by a clear water creek, and nestled amongst the Sherwood Nature reserve, the invitation by God through his creation to reflect and be refreshed was irresistible. I attended the week-long semi-silent Liminal retreat where the facilities, facilitators and food all complemented one another to make a life-changing experience. I am praying and hoping that there will be many more Liminal retreats to come as well as a suite of other retreats options to help people to reconnect with God, themselves, one another and nature. Thank you Ash and Caz for being such welcoming hosts at Sherwood Glen.

"Staying at Sherwood Glen was a blessing for a whole family. It was wonderfully refreshing in so many ways. We appreciated the beautiful surroundings, the comfortable cabins and the wide open spaces for the kids to run. The kids also loved the opportunity to spend time with the farm animals as well as make new friends. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for by the host families and are so thankful for this special place."

We loved our stay at Sherwood Glen. We met for group meetings and the space created a great atmosphere for collaboration, as well as rest, together. We also brought our kids, and they had a great time engaging with the animals and playing with the other kids there.
